Our stylish restaurant on the first floor of the Helvetia, awarded 14 points by the Gault-Millau gourmet guide, serves regional cuisine using ingredients fresh from the market. Our star chef is the enterprising and highly-awarded Françoise Wicki who succeeds in producing a fusion of gourmet cuisine with down-to-earth Swiss fare. Swiss gourmet classics no longer include only dishes such as the famous meatloaf with mashed potatoes, but also Mediterranean fare such as rock lobster or sea bass. Recommendations of the kitchen
