Our stylish restaurant on the first floor of the Helvetia, awarded 14 points by the Gault-Millau gourmet guide, serves regional cuisine using ingredients fresh from the market. Our star chef is the enterprising and highly-awarded Françoise Wicki who succeeds in producing a fusion of gourmet cuisine with down-to-earth Swiss fare.
